Eligibility

All attendees may submit, with presentation by student collaborators and co-creators encouraged. No nationality restriction stated. Submit a title, presenter names and topic description up to 150 words for an oral talk, flash talk or poster. For early review, submit by 9 November 2026 and email the organiser. Register by 11 March 2027.

Cost

Undergraduate/master's members: £50 early rate until 18 February 2027, then £100. Standard non-members: £200 early, then £250; other concessions available.

Funding

Attendance awards up to £375 may be available to eligible members. Official page conflicts on funding deadline (18 versus 28 February); confirm that separately before applying for funding.
