- Bachelor's and master's students, PhD candidates and young researchers worldwide, including UK medical students. Abstracts and presentations must be in English. Submit structured text through the portal, not by email or PDF. Co-author approval, ethics, consent and disclosures are required where applicable. Accepted presenters must register by 1 February 2027, 23:59 CET, and attend to present; digital posters are presented onsite.

- Oral awards €1,000/€500/€250; poster awards €250/€150/€100. No travel funding verified.
